Dr. Wen is an attending surgeon who was Sr. Turk and the Dr. Quinlan's   mentor for their first three years at the hospital. Known for his serious approach towards his craft, Dr. Wen believes socializing at work serves only as a distraction from his ability to heal. Although little is known about his personal life, Dr. Wen has made it clear that he does not own a T.V. and has a strict lights out policy at eight o'clock .
